RSC-JAIMA Symposium on Analytical Chemistry 2025” will be held on September 4 and 5 at JASIS 2025 “Lecture to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the publication of the academic journal ‘Analyst’
The Japan Analytical Instrument Manufacturers Association (JAIMA, Location: 2-5-16 Kandanishikicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 101-0054, Chairman: Masayuki Adachi / President and CEO of Horiba) and the Japan Scientific Instrument Association (JSIA, Location: 14-9 Kodenmacho, Japan, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-0001, Chairman: Juichi Hasegawa / President and CEO of EKO INSTRUMENTS) today announced that the RSC-JAIMA Symposium on Analytical Chemistry 2025 will be held on September 4 and 5, 2025 at the Makuhari Messe International Conference Room as part of JASIS 2025, an exhibition of cutting-edge science and analytical systems and solutions jointly organized by both organizations.
This international symposium has been co-organized by the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) and JAIMA since 2011.
This year marks the 150th anniversary of the publication of the RSC's academic journal “Analyst.” To commemorate this milestone, commemorative lectures will be delivered by Professor Takashi Kitamori, Emeritus Professor at National Tsing Hua University and a founding member of the international conference, and Philippa Ross, Executive Editor of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC). As in previous years, the conference will feature invited lectures by researchers in analytical chemistry and technology, along with poster presentations selected from open submissions.
Individuals who wish to attend the poster presentations and lectures on September 4 and 5 are requested to register in advance on the JASIS 2025 website.
